This Cancellations & Refunds Policy explains the terms under which customers of Social Creative (“we”, “our”, “us”) may cancel a subscription or product order and request a refund.
Our policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom, European Union, and Latin America, including:

2. Subscription Cancellations
a. How to Cancel
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at socialcreative.co or by contacting us at info@socialcreative.co.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
b. Renewal Charges
- Subscriptions are billed automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods once a billing cycle has started.
3. Physical Product Orders (NFC Wristbands)
a. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- You may cancel your NFC wristband order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided it has not been shipped.
- If the order has been shipped, please refer to our returns section below.
b. Returns and Refund Eligibility
You may return your NFC wristband within 14 days of receipt if:
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase is provided.
- The product is not a customised or personalised item (customised NFC wristbands are non-refundable unless faulty).
4. Faulty or Defective Products
If your NFC wristband is defective or not as described, you are entitled to:
- A replacement at no additional cost, or
- A full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product to qualify.
5. Refund Process
a. How to Request a Refund
- Email info@socialcreative.co with your order number, reason for cancellation, and supporting photos (if faulty).
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions if applicable.
b. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
6. Non-Refundable Items & Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Downloaded or accessed digital content after purchase.
- Customised NFC wristbands unless defective.
- Products returned in a damaged or used condition.
- Subscriptions cancelled after the start of a billing cycle.
7. Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws in your country.
In the UK/EU, you may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. In Brazil, Mexico, and other LATAM countries, similar withdrawal periods may apply under local law.
